• If the article is a gift and you would like the invoice to be sent to a different address, please remember to state this clearly with your order, and to include the separate address for the invoice in the message space at the foot of the page.
• You may e-mail your order form to us at your own risk. Please bear in mind that we are unable to guarantee security for on-line information transfer.
• We do not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes as the packages must generally be signed for to convalidate the insurance.
• Your order will normally be mailed within 48 hours of receipt of order and confirmation of credit details. If for any reason we are unable to ship immediately you will be informed via e-mail.
  
• Allow 28 days for delivery.
• Your credit card will only be charged when the goods are dispatched.
